We believe in going the extra mile in surface preparation and this begins with the initial cost estimate for the job. Proper preparation will incur a certain amount of additional labor on the job. However, when the correct surface preparation is accomplished - it is a fact that your completed project will last longer. Over time the incurred costs of more detailed surface preparation will be lower due to our attention to detail.

We have developed the specialization and skills for an exceptional completion to your specific job. Whether it is pressure-washing, steam cleaning, dry-ice or soda blasting, paint removal / stripping, staining, varnishing, drywall skim coating, wallcovering removal chances are that we have done it and know how to do it correctly!

Areas in which doing it correctly can have huge cost implications are Specialty Coatings and Wallcoverings. These two areas require large investments of capital for materials. Your investment costs can quickly escalate if you choose a contractor who begins “cutting corners” by not using the right surface preparation, primer or not skimming the walls to the required level.
